Hibiscus tea has been used to support cardiovascular health dating back to the Egyptians. Another traditional use is promoting and maintaining healthy blood pressure. A healthy source of antioxidants, hibiscus makes an excellent iced tea.1
Place one (1) tea bag in a cup and add 8oz boiling water. Cover and steep for 6 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag and remove it.
We recommend 3 cups daily
