Using a Reward online

Claiming

Claiming deducts the listed points once and saves the Reward to the same account. Selecting a saved Reward at checkout does not spend points again.

Checkout

Select one saved Reward at checkout. We verify its expiration, minimum purchase, exclusions, and eligible merchandise subtotal.

Order status

The Reward is used when the order is placed. If checkout is canceled or we can confirm it did not go through, the Reward returns to your account.

Offer limits

A Reward may not combine with recurring-delivery savings or another incompatible offer. Tax, shipping, and fees do not count toward the eligible merchandise subtotal.
